No problem oil change and inspection. Alex Lewis was svc advisor. He explained procedure and they performed on time.
Jalen was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and truly a joy to work with throughout the entire car-buying process. He made everything easy and stress-free, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel pressured. The entire staff was wonderful to work with as well, especially Jose in finance, who was friendly, professional, and made the paperwork process smooth and straightforward. This story started out as one of the worst nightmares you could imagine.

Expectations set when car was brought in were exceeded. Alex was very helpful and answered all my questions. Only small miss was that I was not notified of repair progress until the day the CrossSport was repaired. The day before, I got a video from the tech showing inspection of items like the brakes, tires, etc, but no follow up that diagnostic was starting. Otherwise it was a great!

Cem might be the best car salesman I’ve ever encountered. He was knowledgeable, kind, polite and never put on the “hard” sell. He made things happen, always said yes, but never made promises he couldn’t keep. A true gentleman and a pleasure to work with.
